Kincharts
For families caring for someone

One health chart the whole family can read.

Kincharts turns lab reports, biopsy results and visit notes into a shared chart. Invite siblings and caregivers, see what changed since the last visit, and walk into appointments with the right questions.

How it works

Set it up once. Everyone stays on the same page.

  1. Start a chart for someone

Yourself, a parent, a child. The person a chart is about doesn't need an account.

  2. Add their records

Upload lab reports, imaging and visit notes. Results become trends drawn against the lab's normal range.

  3. Invite the family

Owners decide who's in, editors add records and answers, viewers follow along. Everyone sees who else is looking.

Inside a Kinchart

Built for the conversations families actually have.

Trends, not just numbers

Every marker is drawn against the lab's own normal range, so a slow climb is easy to spot.

Plain-language explainers

Pathology and imaging terms translated line by line, next to the report's own wording.

Questions for the doctor

One shared list. When someone gets an answer, it's saved with who heard it and when.

Notes and who's here

Leave notes after appointments, and see who else has the chart open right now.

Privacy

Nothing is visible until you invite someone.

Health records belong to the person they describe and the family helping them. Kincharts keeps every chart closed by default and lets its owners decide who sees what.

  • Invite-only. A chart is visible only to people its owners add by email.
  • Roles. Owners manage people, editors add records and answers, viewers read and leave notes.
  • Files stay behind sign-in. Uploaded reports are served only to members of that chart.
  • Yours to delete. Remove a chart, and everything in it, whenever you want.
  • Not medical advice. Kincharts helps families understand records. Decisions stay with the doctors.

Start with the person you're thinking about.

It takes a minute to set up a chart and invite one other person.
